About the Author
Henry Hill began working for the Lucchese crime family in the East New York section of Brooklyn at the age of eleven. Fully indoctrinated into all aspects of gangster life, Henry was involved in virtually every type of racket and criminal activity that the family ran. To avoid prison, he disappeared into the Federal Witness Protection Program, which relocated him and his family in various out-of-the-way places numerous times over the ensuing years.

His fast pasta sauce recipe and suggestions for antipasto are really good. It's worth the purchase if you're going to work your way through the recipes and taste them all then tweak them to your personal preferences. An offer you can't refuse right?

Great cookbook for.dummies

Was expecting a story for some reason. I didn't read the description and just bought it. To my surprise it was an actual cook book for dummies. My Italian cooking tastes authentic now. It has taste and for someone that has no clue where to start this is the book. Has little foot notes of what better tomatoes to use or how to use garlic and onions the right way etc. So easy!!!! Love it
